Using Shippa

Shippa is a free tool (npx shippa and the macOS notch app) that reads your local AI coding logs to generate a stats card, and shippa.dev is the companion website hosting an optional public leaderboard. By running the tool or using the website, you agree to these terms.

The leaderboard

Joining the leaderboard is opt-in. The stats you sync (lines shipped, tokens, streak, cost estimate, top model) are computed from your own local session logs and are self-reported — Shippa does not independently verify them. Don't submit fabricated or manipulated numbers; we reserve the right to remove accounts that clearly game the leaderboard.

Your account

Sign-in is via Google or GitHub OAuth only. You're responsible for activity under your account. Pick a username that isn't impersonating another person, isn't abusive, and doesn't infringe on someone else's trademark.

Acceptable use

• Don't attempt to disrupt, scrape abusively, or overload shippa.dev or its backend.
• Don't use the leaderboard or shareable cards to harass or impersonate others.
• Don't reverse-engineer the sync protocol to inject fake stats for other accounts.

No warranty, use at your own risk

Shippa is provided “as is,” free of charge, without warranty of any kind. Stats, rankings, and cost estimates are informational only. We're not liable for any damages arising from your use of the tool or website, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Changes

We may update these terms or the product (including pricing for any future Pro tier) as Shippa evolves. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
